TANGIBLE RESULTS


Analysis of best practices in entrepreneurial education of female migrants, in whose context partner organizations will collect and analyze 15 best practices per partner country and deliver a survey among 10 national stakeholders and female youth migrants:


  • Production of 6 reports outlining the results of the research and analysis at the national level, plus the indications extracted circa the necessary methodological improvement in national educational offer. Among these Reports, 5 will be national Reports, whose evidence and guidelines will be cross processed in a general Report of informational and methodological relevance. The phase of the research/analysis will provide the groundwork for the following delivery of activities and outputs.
  • A Guide for female migrant entrepreneurs providing useful information, entrepreneurial skills development exercises and practical guidelines for actual/prospective female migrant entrepreneurs in the planning and running of their own business.
  • A learning mobility in whose context a total of 30 youth female migrant potential entrepreneurs will be empowered in the concretization of their own entrepreneurial ideas, while at the same time testing and reflecting on the potential review of Guide’s methodologies.
  • A phase of local testing in each partner country wherein participants will establish and develop their own businesses, while at the same testing the Guide as a tool of entrepreneurial support.
  • A Toolkit for youth workers containing methodological guidance and resources (Tools of Non Formal Education for implementation and exercises for the Trainers themselves) supporting the latter in the implementation of educational programs of empowerment targeted at female youth migrants. – A Web Platform in multiple languages integrating educational modules for direct use by targets (female youth migrants’ prospective entrepreneurs) in partner countries in Europe.
  • An international mobility involving partners’ youth workers (3 per partner, for a total 18) where the Toolkit and Web Platform will undergo testing for assessing their quality and relevance as well as gathering insights as to the improvements that might be applied.
  • 5 Multiplier Events (4 at the local level and 1 final international Multiplier Event in Italy) spreading the project and its Intellectual Outputs with the participation of an audience of 40 among NGOs, stakeholders and female youth migrants prospective entrepreneurs per partner country. The final Multiplier Event will integrate the presentation of the results of national Multipliers and a debate about the international dimension of project follow-up between partner organizations and stakeholders.


INTANGIBLE RESULTS

  • Greater understanding achieved among partner organizations and the wider audience of NGOs and stakeholders on how the present educational offer connects with the educational needs of female youth migrants in the entrepreneurial field as well as on how to overcome the methodological shortcomings identified.
  • Female youth migrants taking part in project activities will be empowered to kick-start and develop their own business, laying the grounds for a greater economic integration and social inclusion at the level of their own communities.
  • Consolidation of the project partnership and planning of further initiatives of follow-up to the project.
